For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Nice view from terrace, spacious, has rack to dry clothes. Pet friendly.
Area is quiet and safe.
Next to bus stop, bus to/from port takes 10 mins. Walk downhill takes around 20-25 mins.
Check-in process was easy, I didn’t meet anyone. All communication took place via calls/ chat, management is friendly.
You book this house for its beautiful terraces and closeness to restaurants and beaches. The house has a simple standard, but overall it is charming. The roof terrace has the most beautiful view. You do have to climb a very steep and narrow stair though. Our kids (ages 7 and 8) found it hard and uncomfortable, but loved the swings.
The instructions to arrive at the property were a bit vague, we found our way there and eventually the car too with the person who had our keys, but it wasn't very clear. The property was beautiful and the setting was stunning, the picture on booking had given me the impression our terrace was private but it was shared, good job our neighbors were lovely.
Carlo was a great host, came to pick us up from the port and drove us to the apartment. He gave us info about the island, resturants and scooter rental.
The apartment is in walking distance to the city center of Ponza and is located in a quiet neighborhood.
We liked that the bedroom was separated from the main living room+kitchen. The apartment has a balcony and a terrace with sitting area.
This is a very charming, tastefully decorated hotel on a quiet street yet right by the centre. I loved interacting with the owners of the hotel- a lovely couple who are very friendly and accommodating. I also liked the access to the terrace with a stunning view over Ponza and sea!
