It was a pleasant surprise - not a room but huge apartment actually, with all appliances you may need ! One can prepare and have breakfast in the room at convenient time - host provides you with pastry, jam, bottled water, yogurt, milk… coffee from the coffee maker was excellent! Parking place in front of the building, with train station few minutes away. Lugano is 25 minutes by car. Highly recommended to explore the lakes area.

I like very much the beedroom, with everythink i need to stay two nights and get to know the places around. I can cook if i want because the kitchen had a lot of tools to cook my meals. A mix of modern and rustic accomodation, i like it.

Great staff, great location. Outdoors pétanque area, with playing balls freely available. If you're into birds, the owner / caretaker (?) has got lots around, is passionate about them, and will be more than happy to talk about it (in either Italian, or French).

Spacious and clean rooms with antique furniture and comfortable beds. The shower was really good, temperature- and pressure-wise. Spacious balcony with a nice view (at least in the room we chose). The property is located close to a nice lake and the check-in process was uncomplicated (it happened outside of regular check-in time, as we were a bit late, but the nearby restaurant was still open so we could “check-in” there). Their communication with guests is really good, instructions for the usual things were sent per message, including pictures for convenience. Overall a very positive experience.

It was cozy, very clean, very pleasant. You could feel the care and love put into all the details of the decoration. It was not luxurious, but all the details for comfort were there and also beauty was taken into account. The bed and the pillows were super comfortable, the common kitchen super sunny and nice, the contact with the owner perfect!

The room and bathroom had everything we needed, everything was very clean and organised. The breakfast was so nice, in the cutest space and with a good variety of options. The coffee was delicious! The house itself is something to admire, the original architecture, decoration, then there's a big fridge and kitchen available... For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
First -- this is a GREAT place to bring dogs; there is a trail from the hotel up a local wooded hill that my very nervous dogs find restful and, well, useful, which is rare for them on trips.
The room is wonderful, balcony and restaurant views spectacular. Comfy and quiet, very snug.
All was great. It is brand new building and all facilities. Floors with heating, good furnished kitchen, designed for comfort - there is wonderful backyard with lakeish view. It is private closed territory. Great WiFi. We plan to back there some time- so got it was.

We have appreciated the secured parking, fresh/airco temperature in the appartements and the residence in general with a very quiet atmosphere.
The real game changer was the view (with the pool and yacht deck) that makes it a unique place.
Probably the closest Italian town to Lugano. Very nice and clean. Well equipped, there is also dryer machine. The host left for us a bottle of sparkling wine, pasta + sauce, two bottles of soft drinks and a bottle of sparkling water. Private parking under the house, but it is not big , we had Jeep Renegade that fitted but bigger car may not fit there. There is a supermarket nearby.
