The host was incredibly helpful - one of the friendliest people I have met - not only did he serve a full Italian breakfast, but I needed an iron to press clothes for a wedding in the village. He went out and returned with a brand new iron still in it's packaging - and this was on a Sunday at 10:00 AM!!! The room was very comfortable, with an amazing shower. The air-conditioning was also very quiet and easy to fall asleep with.

The place is gorgeous and cozy, and in a quiet, green location as we were looking for. It was the perfect place to stay after spending the day in busy touristic places. The couple running the place or welcoming and charming. We loved having breakfast outside with their dog Dora. The garden was lovely and the rooms were so cute. We loved it and we would absolutely come back.

Location was beautiful and quiet. The palazzio and its area is so charming, view is stunning. Dinner was excellent. Pool too. Staff was very friendly too.

Character filled charming old property with peaceful idyllic scenes from every window. clean and comfortable. But what made the stay so enjoyable we’re the friendly helpful staff, the magnificent pool area and the excellent food in a sublime open terrace setting. Great location for visiting Tuscan towns by car but also for walking to local sites.
Excellent from family travelers perspective. Accommodation with character (stylish, functional, simple - no bells & whistles). Great location for trips (San Gimm., Siena, Volterra, Monteriggioni, Castelina, Firenze, etc.), great location locally – isolated, quiet place but closed to infrastructure (strada, city), great pool. Everything clean under everyday service (special thanks to Aneta!!), helpful staff - “feel like home”. Very good breakfast.
