It was like in a farytail. Amusing house with a jacuzzi, where you can watch a sunset. Delicious true italian breakfast, prepared by the owner, who is very sweet and speak english very well. We also charge an electric car there. Recommend!

Nice and clean place for laisure. Giovanni which manages the agriturismo helped us to have a good vacation. The room was clean and cozy with a good air conditioner.

Clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated room with a very comfortable bed, efficient and quiet air conditioning. Paolo is charming and was keen that everything was good for me and kindly gave me a lift from the station and back again. Breakfast was a welcome bonus and the two feline residents are lovely although kept out of the guest side of the apartment. One of the nicest places I have stayed in for some time. It is a little way from the centre of town and the beach but an easy walk and there is the option of a bicycle.

Breakfast I had to prepare myself but kind Mateo left stuff in the fridge and machinetta for coffee. Gave free wine, beer and cake his mother baked for. Also invited me for afternoon coffee and bisquits. I can’t think of a warmer hospitality.
I went to the Rossini Opera Festival in nearby Pesaro. Best of all possible worlds: 15 min. from the city and on the other hand quiet and charming.

It was such a nice stay, I felt welcome from the first second. The place is perfectly located between the city center and the beach, very clean and comfy. Rodolfo is a great host, I would come back anytime!
For me, this was perfect - a really spacious modern flat, full of light and air, spotlessly clean, in a quiet residential area but less than half a mile from the city centre (a bit further from the beach, if that's your bag - but I was offered a free bicycle!) Two big bedrooms, a very large sitting/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a quiet verandah. And the Lucia and Francesco (mother and son) were friendly and helpful but completely unobtrusive.
This is a great location if you want to be in the middle of the action. If you seek some quiet, then opt for something else, as this hotel is in the very centre of the beach. The room and the hotel is nice, especially if you get a sea view room, the sunrise is amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Great location, close to the beach, city center or old town, but more quiet than any hotel, perfect for a couple with dog, the huge garden was super for our dog during the hot summer days. The apartment is a very nice, beautiful and well equipped old style Italian villa. The host is kind, responsive and available on whats app and the key hand over was smooth. We definitely would like to come back for next summer again!
Everything. The apartment is very comfortable, it was just perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids), with spacious rooms and comfortable beds, also for the kids. The flat is in a nice and clean building. The interior is very new and super clean. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. Finally the flat is in a great location, well served with bars and supermarkets nearby, close to the city center and well connected with the main roads leading to any other major attractions in the area.
