Location is away from the crowd in quiet town south of Bellagio. Town has its own ferry station - with limited schedule. There’s only 1 restaurant and a sandwich shop in the town, so you need to plan ahead a little. Also, be aware restaurant needs reservations and was closed certain days - so plan accordingly. Bellagio is 10-15 minute up and down hill walk away along busy main road, which can be a little scary.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Beautiful and quiet, up above the town itself. The staff were really helpful and the pool was a real treat. The location is just beneath the castle with beautiful views and gardens.
The owner was very helpful. He gave a lift and help us a lot. We spent ever best vacation- it was private, romantic with absolute great view with excellent breakfast. Owner owns a small vinery- we even don’t want to go Varenna. Excellent cheese and meat with good vines. Life is beautiful. If you are looking privacy on the nature- visit Gottana. Good hiking baths, nice swimming places.
The hotel is so lovely and quiet. Rita picked us from train station and we spent lovely time there. The walk trail to city is a little bit steep but it is not far away from city center so it was fine for us. Food was delicious and we spent great time there.
Very picturesquely located facility. Silence. A comfortable kitchen (only wine glasses were missing), Garden set - great for charming breakfasts. Nice and large beds. Beautiful view of the lake. Private garage and swimming pool!! Great stay. Recommended for 5-6 people. Very good place to explore the whole lake Como.
everything was perfect. the view was incredible. the bathroom was outside the room, but private. the walk down was about max 30min taking the shortcuts. but the bus was only 1.70€ one way, so a cheap option, if you’re not up to walking. but again, even the walking views were amazing. the Wi-Fi was fast. Luigi was helpful. everything was great.

Great location with amazing views onto the lake. Buffet breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from. Close to a small village (5min walk) up in the mountains with two amazing restaurants ! Close to a small quiet beach. Would definetely come back if I ever visit Como Lake again!
Private location and amazing staff. Room was clean and breezy with a beautiful view. We walked to the restaurant Il Caminetto once and had one of the best meals. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious with pastry, eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit and coffee and juices.
