The location was stunning—quiet town with the best views of the mountains and surrounding landscape. It was within walking distance of a great pizza shop! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and waking up to the beautiful views was a highlight. The space was well-furnished with everything we needed, and the breakfast in the morning was a wonderful surprise with many delicious options. Best of all was the sweetest and most helpful host, who made our first visit to Lake Garda so memorable. We’re so glad we stayed here!

We stayed here for one night on our way to the Dolomites and it was one of the best decisions we made! To take a break from the road, to drink some delicious wine. And our reality exceeded our expectations! The apartment was so cosy and the owner, Rafaella, was really cool and friendly. There was a great atmosphere, a terrace where you could sit in the evening, and the breakfasts were fantastic. The room was nice and cosy, the bed was really comfortable, and we slept so well. For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The buffet breakfast was a highlight of our stay here. It was wonderful that the price included breakfast, which featured a variety of dishes and fresh fruit. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The check-in area is spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the Castello Scaligero di Sirmione is only about a 30-minute drive from the hotel and is highly recommended to visit, along with Verona city.

Owner was very communicative and nice, she sent me a sms and video how to check-in. Self check-in/out was very helpful. Great breakfast.

The appartament was equiped as a room - 5 beds, a bookshelf with coffeemachine, in a small hal fridge and large wardrobe and bathoroom. Air-conditioning. In front of the appartament private terrace with seats and table with chairs. Sun-shade.
Location is very close to all activities we chose.. Gardaland, legoland, sealife, parco natura viva, Caneva water park and Movieland. Also the area is very quiet and the staff were nice. We had some very relaxing time at the apartment.
Great location for getting into Lazise, Peschiera, Bardolino and Garda. Lovely private property with beautiful gardens and electronic gates. Well equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer. Private balcony was nice but open to a lot of traffic noise. Having a washing machine in the bathroom was a huge bonus!

Perfect! Beautiful apartment with everything you could need plus gorgeous private balcony and shared pool. Davide was a great host, available without being obtrusive.
