The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Patrizia was helpful before we arrived as well as during our stay. She organized E Bikes for us, prepared a lovely breakfast with delicious cappuccinos every morning! Her restaurant suggestions were all fantastic! What a great place to stay and very reasonable. We loved Panicale!!

We had a car, and this location was very convenient for going anywhere in the vicinity due to its easy connection to the main highway. The bathroom was large and there was space around the sink to put toiletries. It was clean. Good parking. There was an automatic light that came on when you approached the hallway to the bathroom. That was fine in that it provided light in the middle of the night but it also woke up the other person because of the bright light. We mentioned this, and the owner immediately brought someone in to disconnect the sensor, which we really appreciated.

The place is in a lovely old pretty historic city, really lovely host , no complaints at all.
If you are coming here the navigator will send you through the old town which may not be legal
at some times i would guess.
When you arrive there is a fountain do no turn right there, go left on the church side and up the wall a bit which should be on your left as you drive, take the first turn and then it will bring you to the arch, the hotel is just there inside as its part of the city walls.
The city is big enough so there is a good choice of places to eat but later in the evening
We wanted a base to explore the region and this was perfect.

The hotel is very charming, and we liked it very much. The swimming area is lovely, and the surroundings are beautiful. All the staff are excellent, especially the women at reception. The restaurant area is nice.

The location was really nice and relaxing, just to enjoy the fresh air and quiet. The room we booked was as specified, clean, with all you need for your stay, slippers, bathrobes, even flip flops for the pool or spa. The inside pool is great too.

Very spacious apartment in a beautiful quiet remote location. Ideal if you’re driving, which we were. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and the host was welcoming and helpful above and beyond.
Il Pollaio was very lovely in a great location in the utterly charming Panicale. The host was very responsive and readily available. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor courtyard was large and a great place to relax. The washing machine and drying racks were very handy.
