Great location to stay surrounded by green, perfect pool, quiet location with a strong feeling of privatness. Friendly and helpfull staff. Air conditioning works well in hot Italien weather. Just three minutes drive to very good restaurants nearby, supermarkets and other services in Latisana well accessible within a short drive. Half an hour drive to the sea and beaches in Bibione. Happy to stay there.

The hosts are extremely friendly and it was a pleasure to meet them!!! We really had a great time together!!! The room is very clean and spacious. The place and suroundings are very quiet with a lot of nature. You won't regret choosing it if you are looking for some nature relaxing moments!
Very cozy and pleasant stay. It's just an hour drive from Venice which makes it a great location for travelers through Italy.
I have to give a separate highlight to the bathroom facilities, especially the shower gel & shampoo, I wish they were selling it to buy some for home.
If you need a late check-in or anything else, just get in touch with the hotel, they are very responsive.
The host- Flavia, was so lovely and helpful! The breakfast is delicious, full of local products. Pool area is fun and ideal for kids 4+ years old.
They also have their beer, I had an APA Citra, which was amazing and ideal for a hot afternoon.
P.S. during breakfast, you need to try Flavia's espresso!

Perfect location. At the end of May it was very quiet and pleasantly empty - no tourists around and very few even in Venice. Good access to sea (by car).
Good location if you are with car. Very pleasant and helpful owner, delicious breakfast, great location close to great food restaurants, great swimming pool, beautiful nature around the hotel.
