We planned to have stopover on our way to Sicily. Due to lots of traffic, we arrived really late. Margherita is such a nice person- she organised us a table in a restaurant and let us have dinner before actually arriving at the b&b at 11 p.m. Since we don't speak any Italian, she got help from her daughter to translate everything. The room ist nice and clean actually I think it is the only room to rent in the house. The bathroom had lots of choice for different shampoos etc. In the morning, Margherita prepared a wonderful breakfast in the shadow of the trees in the garden, overlooking the Umbrian hills- wonderful! We would definitely come back.

From the outside quite plain but inside was stunning spacious with a lovely bathroom and big bedroom. Breakfast included was an understatement so many choices. About 15 minutes walk from old town which was easy to find even in the dark.

The owner was so lovely, she told us all about the history of the building, the city and the surrounding area. We had a great time, the room was beautiful and the breakfast was generous! This place is definitely worth a detour just to enjoy the town and this hotel.

The stay has been great. We had dinner served specialy for us every evening, which was great because there were not many eating options around. The hosts’ generosity and attention was endless. Environment is very peacefull with a small village vibe. Also our dog has been kindly welcomed with is.

I loved the size of the room, high ceilings in an old building, the bathroom was huge, everything was spotlessly clean.
The old town is fantastic, I had a great meal at a nearby restaurant.

The pool were cleaned every dat by Umbro and he was very friendly and helpful.
Everything was ideal - starting from the surroundings - very beautiful zone in Italy (my favourite): nature, architecture, great food.
Then, the hosts- I had a little problem and they solved it immediately, they are the nicest and most helpful people possible.
The apartment - fully equipped with everything you need, quiet, new, stylish and with a super comfortable bed.
