Heartily recommended. I went to Oriolo to check on some of Cinema Paradiso's locations and found myself unknowingly amist local festivities that'll stay with me for a while - straight out of a film too! The B&B was great, as was the room - as spotlessly clean as I have encountered - and the host was extremely nice and helpful. Would, will, definitely book again.

Very good communication pre-arrival and good English spoken. Great location: free street parking right outside the hotel and just a few minutes' walk along the lake front (plenty of nearby restaurants) to the delightful old town.
The 'king room' was perfect for two friends travelling together as the sofa bed (which they didn't hesitate to make up for me) made a second comfortable double bed, in effectively two separate bedrooms with an attractive well-equipped shared bathroom in the middle. Lots of towels. Fantastic large balcony with table/chairs and nice lake view (see photo). Breakfast unusually good: comprehensive 'choose-whatever-you-like' menu, incl, for example, scrambled egg (freshly prepared and tasty) or a cheese/ham toastie, as well as good fresh pastries, wide choice of juices, etc. All praise to the hotel owner/manager, Nicola, who was great: kind, helpful AND charismatic.. and made an excellent mojito to boot! (The hotel has a nice courtyard garden and cocktail bar.) So yeah - loved everything - would highly recommend..

Great place to spend a few days...15 min walk down the attractive lakeside promenade from the village centre for shop/bars etc. A superb outdoor breakfast area or in which just to savour a coffee and watch the world go by. Very comfortable room with a fridge. Parking place as well.

Very good place to stay. Private bathroom and kitchen. Electric thermal blankets and a pellet stove provided additional advantage and comfort as the weather became cold in the evening. Safe parking in the yard of the house, which for us was very important. The owner Dora was extremely kind and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. She recommended us a restaurant in the immediate vicinity and the food was delicious. Breakfast was rich and with hot and cold drinks. Thank you very much, Dora!
