A very good breakfast. Location is difficult to access without a vehicle but the host is available to provide a pick up and drop off service to and from the railway station, and other tourist locations on request. The view from the property is exceptional.

The host Alessandra is very welcoming and accomodating. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. Good value for money. Alzo is a nice town more easily reached by car but we managed with ferries and the local bus. The bus stop is 100 meters away and Pella is really close - you just have to get down a bit.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Basic but very nice place to enjoy a few days at the lake. You have a private garden and there is a small beach shared with the guest of the B&B. The city centre is just 15/20 minutes walk.
Everything was perfect, flat as per the picture, nicely decorated and furnished, quiet, in the city centre with all comodities, 2nd floor with lift also connected with parking lot. Beds are confortable, kitchen well equipped, we thank Élise and her son for having welcomed us!
A small beach 5 min walk, you can also go to another beach in the Woods next to the Zipline (5min with the car or 25 min walk), lots of Nice restaurants with view on the lake. Gréât for families.
The room was much nicer than I expected. Very very large, spacious, all recently renovated, and comfortable nice beds. The location is really central to the town, and at the same time it is quiet and private, despite the owner (very nice and caring person) living nearby.
We only spent one night, but everything went smoothly from the check-in to the check-out. The location is great, as it is close to the lake Orta and city center. The place is quiet, thus the proximity to the railways. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. Air conditioning was also great after a hot day. Dog friendly owner which was for us a big plus Communication with Mrs. Tamara was easy and fast. Great value for money, lower rates compared to other available properties in the area.
Super nice location in the city center, yet very quiet. We never struggled finding a free parking space within <3 min walking distance. We were 3 colleagues travelling for work and booked the apartment with 2 bedrooms. It is incredibly spacious (each of us had his/her own space), very clean, sunny, nicely furnished and decorated. Alessandro is a very kind and helpful host. We just felt like at home :-)
The apartment is located in a quiet house. Within 5 minutes walk of restaurants, cafes, shops and the waterfront in a lifely town. Communication with the owner was easy and he is very responsive. The private beach is a real bonus. 4 km away from the town you enjoy the lake all by yourself.
