The security and location suited having a car. The room was small but functional with aircon.
The owners were friendly and the garden setting was lovely and relaxing.
The nearby villages of Stroncone, Collescipoli and Narni are lovely intact medieval walled towns well worth seeing as are the Marorre Falls.
Terni itself is a disappointing destination as the Centro has been somewhat decimated.. Maybe a stay in a village or outer area would be more suitable as this would save driving in Terni traffic.
This location only suits if you have a car or motorcycle.

It is a charming house with beautiful decor and you enter through a courtyard filled with plants. We arrived fairly late in the evening and they rang up a local restaurant to make a last minute reservation for us. It is very well located in central Narni but completely quiet and restful. There is also a gorgeous dog! We would definitely stay there again. The hosts were warm and welcoming and we absolutely loved it. There was a very good breakfast too - the hosts are chefs! It is a very special place.

good location close to free carparking , easy access, restaurants close by, outside ZTL area so no problems getting to the apartment. very nice medieval hilltop village with lots of life and activities. great location to explore Umbria from either in a car or with excellent local buses and train only 45 from Rome.
Great location if you want to explore the medieval town of Narni, in the very center, quiet. Three minutes from the parking lot. The underground parking card given by the host helped a lot. Comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Very clean.

The apartment was clean and well equipped - I think some cooking knives would be a welcome addition. The TV is limited and Wi-Fi a bit hit and miss, but none of that was an issue for us.

The view of the valley in the morning, the birds chirping and the quiet ambiance made my morning. The garden is perfect to chill in the sun and the cats are adorable. People from the villa are very warm hearted and the hospitality: top! I was with my bike so i took a ride to the next village.. incredible surroundings. They also make a delicious olive oil. I totally recommend it!
