The property is incredibly beautiful and the views of the surrounding countryside and vineyards are wonderful. Francesco has spent five years designing and building this place (which just opened in May 2024), and he does it all—hosts, makes the wine, cooks the delicious food, (including fresh homemade pasta) and plays tour guide by answering any questions you might have. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

The gentleman met me at the room, and kindly arranged an early morning taxi for me. He gave me restaurant recommendations and directions to nearby beaches. The room was exceptionally clean. I loved the peaceful lighting in the room. The room was equipted with a safe and a small refrigerator. I had a little garden area to sit and relax. The location was within easy walking distance to the harbor, restaurants, and a supermarket. I stayed for two nights, but wish it was longer!

A very nice aparthotel. I stayed at White Sand for 8 days with my family. A quiet, pleasant resort on the outskirts, without any noise. Nice, clean pool with a lifeguard. You can feel at home. Sandro is a very friendly and helpful person. He can advise on restaurants, delicacies, or other things. Caterina treated us to local products, which was very nice ❤. It's a few minutes' walk to the beach.
I recommend this place for those seeking peace. We will definitely return.

The entire Villa is designed with attention to detail, making it a truly exceptional place. In the bar I recommend you to try their excellent local wine, Vermentino.

Everything was good! We only stayed one night because we had an early flight but I would stay longer if I went back. The room is clean and spacious, the swimming cool is small but great and the breakfast had loads of options. I didn't use the private beach but that's also a plus.
The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Rooms were spacious enough and two bathrooms in the house were very helpful. The swimming pool was always clean and well kept after. We enjoyed that the private beach was not that busy. Very quiet and peaceful accomodation. Great food evening time.

Location is fantastic less than 1 minute to what feels like a private beach. It's quiet with restaurants less than 5 minutes drive away. Close to olbia city. Close to most of the beautiful beaches in Sardinia. The owner keeps umbrellas for everyone to use. There is also beach stuff, a great money saving service.
