What a wonderful surprise. We had no idea what to expect and this place exceeded our expectations. The room was very well done, larger than most, well decorated, modern and clean. The staff were very welcoming as was Pheba, their adorable dog who was there to greet us when we arrived. Mogliano is a great town itself but also a convenient place to stay if you want to see Venice. Just a short train ride away! We loved it! Would definitely stay here again!

This property is the perfect location to visit Venice without staying in the proper Venice area. We were right by the bus station and it goes to Venice in about 15 mins and always has buses coming every 10 mins. The host set us up with information on getting a 2 day public transport pass which we used for the buses and city water taxis. The host gave us the routes for going to Venice and to Murano. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great in the mornings! Would recommend to anyone wanting to see Venice without having to pay the price for a hotel in the middle of Venice.

We loved SO much about this location. We had a car, which was helpful for a short trip to Venice, and then on to Trieste. The hosts were just wonderful and OH MY the breakfast was incredible. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet.

It was clean and nearby a couple of restaurants. The owner was friendly and as a solo traveler I felt it was in a safe location.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Beautiful old building with charming character. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and facilities good. Excellent breakfast. No need for an 8am alarm as the bells are magnificent right next door!!

The host, the room, the bathroom. Great communication, friendly host, secure gate/doors. It was only me on the second floor, hence very private, quiet and secure. Black out automatic blinds are great! The checking in and out was great. The host extended my stay by 2 hours, which was appreciated. Mogliano Veneto is a nice place for tapas and eating out, the locals are very friendly.
Great location two blocks from train coop groceries acroo stree with the best sugar cookies, church bells to wake you up , no problem, quiet town with friendly people. The grounds of the villa are beautiful. Antiques marbled floors twelve foot high ceilings and more. Would stay there again and again
Great location for the Train to Venice and Treviso. Reception staff very nice, Private free underground parking for our Motorcycle. We booked the superior room after reading previous reviews. For the money it was a good deal. Not perfect, but ok. The town has a big market on Mondays.
Hotel on great location, if you want to use train for a trip to Venice. Train station is approx. 100-150 m away. City center is also very close, as is the bus station if someone wants to use a bus for a same purpose. Hotel has provided us with a parking place, which was necessary since we had travelled by car. Room was spacious enough for the family of 4, beds were comfortable. Wi-fi worked ok. Breakfast was typical continental and was good. Hotel staff kind and helpful.
What a hotel. Reception man was excellent telling us the best way around venice, so attentive and informative. Location was excellent only 5 minutes if that walk to the train station which takes you to venice in 25 minutes costing €2.95 single. Underground parking was excellent safe and secure. Restaurants close by and shops too. Breakfast was amazing with loads of choice. Room very good and quiet. Price we payed was also very cheap. Would definitely stay here again.
