Salina is a magical island. We were glad we booked our stay here because the location was ideal, close to all the restaurants and a perfect starting point for exploring the island. The receptionist was welcoming and offered excellent tips on what to see and do. Our room was spacious, had a lovely little terrace, and breakfast was great. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful place.

Our stay at Il Gelso was delightful. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from Punta Scario beach and the centre of Malfa, with a supermarket/ATM/bus stop just a bit further up from there. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a handy patio area with lounge chairs and a hammock. Breakfast - which itself is a rich affair of sweet delicacies (the sweet ricotta croissants!) - is served on a beautiful terrace with 360° view of the surrounding hills and the sea. But above all it was Paolo (the host) who made the stay truly unforgettable - he went above and beyond to satisfy all our requests. Grazie Paolo!

We wished we stayed here 7 nights instead of 3. Everything about this hotel was incredible. A delicious breakfast, excellent aperitivo, stunning views from the pool, and so many nice, quiet places to rest and relax throughout the property. Salina and Hotel Ravesi were the absolute highlight of our honeymoon in Sicily. We would definitely recommend renting an e-bike from this hotel to explore the island. Staff went above and beyond.

the place has a great location overlooking the city, the sea, the sunset and extremely beautiful garden and nice rooms. we had all we needed and Toto is a great host that helps you out with everything you need.
Staff who went out of there way to be helpful, excellent breakfast, great layout in rooms and in a great location - very quiet yet handy for local buses which took you everywhere on the island.
