Great service, owner and staff were very nice and helpful. Nice central location in the town, close to center and nice restaurants/cafes. Room was spacious, very clean, and well appointed.
Terrace for breakfast was quite nice and private. Breakfast was more on the sweet side (which we heard is typical for Italy) but we told the staff and next day they had some cheese and ham which was very nice.

Exceptional stay in an exceptional place: enchanted, perhaps even haunted castle in a small Tuscan village overseeing the gulf of La Spezia. Village has all facilities, including a very good restaurant and the medieval castle has so many rooms, terraces, gardens and things to explore that you'll have plenty to do. Great breakfast and comfortable rooms too.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
A delightful and loveley place, as also the owners Toni and Errica. In a fantastic charming way they do everything to spoil their guests. Don't try to argue with them they shall not do so - its useless.
The lovingly designed house and garden is for sure one of the nicest places I have stayed. It's like you're at home. And that is exactly the feeling you have from the first moment when you arrive there.
It is a nice big and comfortable house close to different places of interest like Pisa, Cinque Terra, Cararra, Florence. Luni itself is quiet, beautiful in the vineyards and a view of Carrara marble. Good wine is also being cultivated and local with regional cuisine are available. The warmth and friendliness of the hosts is unique. We thank them from the whole heart and would love to come again.
The place is very clean, with everything you need, all basics and simple. The host is very nice and friendly. The place could use a touch of refurbishing, but - even as it is - it looks very nice and confortable, especially if you are not looking for luxury but you're happy with the basics. We all had a great stay there!
Definitely recommended, ourselves we would be happy as well to return with future occasions.

Modern, clean apartments with a bunch of household items. With cooking anything, there will definitely not be any problems.

If I come to this region again, I would definitely like to stay here again.
Newly and tastefully furnished apartment, excellent cleanliness. Private parking in a closed area. Friendly and caring owners. We felt at home, we would love to come back.
