We were very happy with Art Gallery: spotless clean and everything in working condition, Noemi is very friendly and attentive host. There are such a good vibes in the house: original paintings impressionism style, nice details and books everywhere. Breakfast is really plentiful for Italia: fresh cooked, secluded terrace, cheesecake dessert is to die for!
All in all - all is prepared for your stay with heart and soul. Best way to support local small business and meet nice people.

The owner was very forthcoming - she allowed us to check-out an hour later. The premises were excellent - super clean, comfortable, fast wifi and within a few minute drive from the city centre where there are amazing cafes (recommend Pizzeria de Selvano and Zero30 gelatteria). Best of all - it has AC with a remote, perfect when it is more than 30°C outside.

I stay here every year when I visit Moniga. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel really at home. The rooms are great with everything you need and spotless. We loved the garden and swimming pool. We enjoyed the refreshing swimming after our visit to Sirmione. The breakfast in the morning was also great. In particular the large cappuccino! It is located near the shore of the Garda lake where you have some nice restaurants.

Just a stunning little apartment. We had the upmost amazing stay here. The hosts were very welcoming and they personally made us breakfast and cleaned our rooms. They showed us the best locations and restaurants to visit in Sirmione. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities and the shower was deluxe. They even offered a private parking spot which was great since we had a rental car.

Maurizio was the best host. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and at home. For my partners birthday, he made a lovely gesture which we were very grateful for. He was able to provide excellent recommendations for food and places to see. The pool was a great addition with brilliant views. The breakfast was delicious too. The best place we stayed out of 3 other places during our trip and it was all down the Maurizio as the host. I've already recommended him and the property to a friend and we will return.

A nice, quiet place. Free parking very close to the house (200 m). Few bakeries near by. Close to Gardaland which is great if you're travelling with kids. Looks better than in the pictures. Comfortable enough for a family with two kids.
The Eremus Relais is simply amazing. We stayed as a family for five nights and enjoyed every moment. The hosts were very nice and helped us with any question or request. The room was amazing, very spacious, clean, modernly decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped. The pool is great, clean and beautiful. The place is quiet. We felt like we were alone in the place, even though there were other guests. The view from the apartment was perfect. I highly recommend the place and hope we will return there again.
Eremus Relais was magical. The hotel is an old monastery which been renovated with great love and attention to detail. Situated on the top of a hill far away from traffic there is real peace, quiet and serenity.
It is an Italian family who owns and run the place and you really feel their love for the place which translate into how they take care of you.

The property was newly renovated with all the amenities you would need . The view is fantastic and a quiet location over looking the lake. Pictures are exactly as shown and check in is very easy. There are some very nice authentic Italian restaurants. Within walking distance and beach access is 5 min by car.
