Awesome breakfast (thank you for the great coffee service!), best I had in Italy. Snacks and hot water available outside breakfast times. Little garden / terrace to take you breakfast or drink a coffee in front of the house.

The location was very good as it was close to the Rialto bridge. The room was spotlessly clean and had a comfortable bed, great heating and wonderful shower. The terrace was lovely but overlooked as stated. We left our luggage which was a great help. Lovely old building, bathroom and room was well appointed. Great to have Netflix in English. Card for WiFi and instructions for things the owners would like you to respect.

The property had a great location and looked really pretty. It had lovely decorations and especially the outside, where we had breakfast, felt really quaint and tranquill. All of the staff was really friendly and helpful. They recommended great restaurants and even provided us with a beach umbrella and towels at no costs when we planned on going to the beach.
Fantastic location, on a quiet street on beautiful Lido island and an easy walk to both the beach and the ferry port to go across to Venice. The balcony was a great surprise for us -- we didn't know we'd have one, and it was large and had a great view. The building itself is charming -- old Venetian classical style, furnished in turn-of-the-century style (19th to 20th c), with a couple of very nice patios to sit on. And the staff were very helpful, especially the manager.
Beautiful Villa in a perfect location to mix visits to Venice with quiet walks by the sea in a beautiful Lido. Very quiet and cosy place. We enjoyed it's ancient luxury and green territory. Very kind and helpful English speaking staff.

Hotel is located in a quiet street on the Lido island within a short distance from the long beach great for morning run, and walking distance from a congress center... Center build in 1930 for the Venezia film festival... Venice old city center is accessible by boat, and there was lively marketplace on Tuesday morning. Breakfast in the hotel was enjoyable.

Very kind and helpful staff. Great location close to the Vaporetto, but on a quiet street with a charming garden in a beautiful neighbourhood. A short boat trip to the Biennale at Giardini and Arsenale, charming Guidecca and wherever you want to explore the beauty of Venice and the lagoon. Moreover a short walk to the beach.
The room had everything I needed, breakfast was delicious with many options and furthermore a good choice of gluten free food. Definitely recommended! Thanks!
