Convenient location. Equally easy to get to the center of Rome and to the airport. Close proximity to the sea. Within walking distance there is a supermarket, a beach, and a sports ground for children.

Location was very good. The brightness of the room, with a sea or refreshing feeling. I was so thankful for the mini fridge, so I could reduce how much I ate out. Loved the balcony! Forgot a photo.

The apartment is located right at the beach, you just have to cross the street and you are at the beach!
Its also 10-15 minute walk from the city center which makes it a little quieter, which we enjoyed!

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the nearest (private) beach, and close to some excellent restaurants, gelateria, delicatessens etc. Friendly staff, nice breakfast service. Comfortable bed.
We stayed in this hotel for one night because of its proximity to both Fiumicino airport and the beach. Transport to and from the airport by bus was simple and cheap. The staff at reception were very welcoming at the reception and bar area were very aesthetic and charming. Some of the facilities in our room seemed a bit old, particularly in the bathroom, but the room was such good value we couldn't complain!
Close to the beach, bus stops, and shops, the location was great.

The room was EXTREMELY clean and the owner super sweet and helpful. It is a really good place to stay if you looking for a quiet escape from the Rome City Center.
The room had everything you need from hair dryer to cutlery and a small fridge. In the hallway there's also a washing machine, which comes quite handy if you're only traveling with small luggage.
