The breakfast was abundant and offered a good variety. Service by Viviana was friendly.
Our large corner room on the 1st floor (that means 2nd floor in the US) looked out over the lawn. The Villa is old and the floors and doors sometimes creak, but that is part of the charm. The rooms, while not extravagant, offered all the necessities.
We flew into Milan Malpensa and took the train to Lecco, walking from the station to the Villa. Check-in instructions were provided in advance and we were able to access the property, the villa, and our room with no difficulty. The Villa was quiet except in the morning rush hour when there is traffic in the city.
We met some friendly grocers down the street with whom we communicated in Spanish. (I don't know Italian and Spanish is closely related). They even waved goodbye as we walked back to the train station upon our departure.
We enjoyed Lecco and our stay at Villa del Cigno.

The staff were very helpful; the location is great (near bars/dining, tourist office, grocery, etc. My room faced the lake and there was a beautiful view of the lake by day.

Excellent apartment, very well equipped and at a convenient location close to the train station and shopping mall. The owner was very wellcoming and nice, and the breakfast was really nice.

Really nice room and close to everything in the main part of town and close to the water. The bathroom was very nice and clean and had daily housekeeping. Check-in was super easy and quick, and check-out was even more simple.

Great location, very clean, the apartment has everything you need. Very close to the train station, lake and city centre - it is basicly on the main street. Great pizza place few minutes away and great bar with good prices next to it. Truely recommend the place :)
Nice apartment with a garden area where you can relax outside in the evening. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Parking space is always available. The area is so quiet and the only thing you hear is birds and three leaves. Even though on the map looked a bit far from the main city center we walked to and back every day for about 25 minutes in each direction. For those of you who don't like to walk, there is a bus station 10 minutes walk. All in all perfect place to have a unforgettable holiday.
Everything was really great. Clean accommodation, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom... the owner was really helpful and solved everything we wanted from him. The accommodation is in a great location. A short distance from the city center and the train station. There are also great establishments with fresh pastries, foccacia and ice cream nearby. I really recommend this accommodation. It is a great starting point for exploring beautiful Lake Como. You won't be disappointed!
I loved the location. It was very close to the lake, to the city centre and the train station and yet it was very quiet. It was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable! The shower pressure was amazing! There was even a washing machine. Our host was very kind and helpful.
A great place to stay, very cozy and tidy apartments, with private parking, close to the city center and the lake. Very friendly hostess, she also offered bicycles and recommended beautiful places to visit. I would love to stay here again in the future 🙂
Great hosts! They left pasta and snacks and pods towash clothes. Thay are genorous. Eveything was clean and fresh. Close to the "city" but really quiet and private. I felt so safe and comfortable even though i was alone in the appartment.
We received very nice welcome from the host. The aparment is really perfect, it is spacy, comfortable bed, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen, nice view, great location near lake and city centre. The neighborhood is quiet although there is train track behind the house which is barely hearable as the apartment is oriented to the lake.
Not far from the apartment there is supermarket and bakery shop with super delicious products.
I would definitely come and stay here again.
This is a villa manor house serounded with private grounds & gardens in a quiet area.
All the rooms are very big and spaseuse and in an old luxurious design.
Viviana is super helpfull and took care of every thing and guideded us to to the area.
Super big bathroom and a short walk to the city center- the lake and train station. Local restuarants also nearby.
For 8.5 € you'll get an exelent brakefast made by Viviana!
