The BB is a luxurious apartment, with a large fridge, set off a cortile that offers complete quiet. it is beautifully designed and utterly comfortable, with table and chairs to sit on the patio. Guilio is most engaging and helpfu. He provided freshly squeezed arancia rossa, yogurt, muesli, and soft biscotti for breakfast.

Awesome owner, great property, killer views. It's hidden and quiet, the outdoor space is very comfortable and spacious. The room was also spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely come back.

The house is beautiful, the rooms are clean and good in general. But if you don't have a car to get around, it is not a place for you or your family, it is far from everything and when I say everything it is everything, it is in an industrial area where you cannot walk to explore. Restaurants are far from the hotel, I didn't see any grocery stores in the area, no shops, cafes or bars. It is an odyssey to be there without a car, the Uber does not arrive and the taxis charge you 12 and 15 euros to take you to the worst restaurant that is 10 minutes away. Breakfast consists of an Italian coffee and a dessert or a sweet croissant. You don't have reception service, the staff leaves around 2 or 3 and you never see them again. There is no cell phone to communicate, they don't leave anything in case of emergency, you just have to go to the App and talk from there. The wifi service was terrible and the cell signal reception was poor, so much so that I had to be outside my room to talk.

The smiling, English -speaking staff, the great location, the efficient parking, the great breakfast (not to be underestimated in a country that has great food but doesn't really believe in breakfast - Italy), the brand - new luxurious bathroom with great water pressure.
Modern apartment very close to everything you are looking in Imola is highlighted by private parking spot in front of the building. Finding keys in the keylock is very effective for the flexibility for check-in. A/C which is not on the wall offers great comfort if you do not like cold air in the face. Recommended for short or long stay for 2 people.
It is a brand new, spotless, and shiny B&B. One can feel the care and love the ladies put into the business to run. It is located in an old building but freshly renovated in an excellent modern taste. The high ceiling adds more spacious feeling of the room. All is well provided and taken care for. The location of B&B is just fantastic, in a neat neighbourhood close to the city centre. Cafes and small boutiques are within a few minutes walking distance.

From the warm welcome he gave us upon arrival to the fantastic restaurant recommendation he provided, every aspect of our experience was made exceptional by his thoughtful service. Staying at his meticulously curated boutique hotel felt like being surrounded by both luxury and comfort. Giulio, a truly kind-hearted individual, carries a contagious laughter in his soul. We felt incredibly welcomed and cherished under his care.

Excellent place which was walking distance from the city center. Located in a safe area and parking was closeby. Very friendly host that prepared an excellent breakfast. Would go back next time for sure.
Very quiet, clean and comfortable. There was a coffee machine in the room which was a plus. Also breakfast was great with delicious fruit and Silvia also gave us a goody bag to take away which we had for lunch. Silvia and her parents were absolutely charming and we had a beautiful welcome from them. We’d certainly return if travelling again in that part of Italy.
The owners and staff are wonderful, warm, kind, helpful and most welcoming. The food is super tasty and with homegrown quality ingredients and produce.
We stayed for an event at the Imola circuit and it was very well placed to access this, quiet and away from the traffic. The room was great, very comfortable and peaceful, the whole place very cozy, rustic and appealing amongst the vineyards and fresh fruits and veg in the fields.
Loved our stay here and will be back again.
