Very clean room and bathroom. They were cleaned every day. Great location, and I enjoyed very much that a bike was included so I could explore Grado and surroundings. Moreover Laura is lovely: very friendly and welcoming, and attention to the client.

I really liked the communication to meet for the check in, because I had a very short time to do it. The staff was very kind and professional, and the room was small (but I only needed to sleep a few hours there, but it was very practical and well laid out so very comfortable - and the little balcony with view on the beach was super nice.

Our room was pristine and wonderfully comfort able, we really appreciated the good bed and efficient air conditioning. Casa Di Mirea was perfectly located to explore every part of Grado whether you wanted to relax at the beach or visit the old town. Beautiful design, well thought through, impeccably clean. The fresh flowers were a true highlight and made us feel welcome. Silvia was very kind - you can feel that she takes care of the apartments with a high level of professionalism and true care. She even showed us the suite - stunning! We are traveling a lot and this is exactly the style and service we always hope for. If we could change one thing, we would appreciate a lock on the inside of the apartment door to give the guests a secure feeling to know no-one can enter even if they'd guess the correct code. It's not that we felt unsafe. It would just add to the overall happiness with the place. Thank you!

A very friendly place. Close to the beaches, next to a supermarket and a bus stop. Contact with the owner without any reservations. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. 15 min walk to the center. The area is quiet and charming. I really recommend it and I hope to come back again.

As the apartment is directly in city center it provides great accessibility to beaches and restaurants. Even with the location apartment is quiet and provides a sanctuary for respite and recharging your batteries. The owner is helpful and willing to go every mile to make your stay comfortable. As you contact owner about your arrival she is there in mere minutes. In the apartment is even small snack waiting for you prepared by owner, so it helps to manage first minutes of your stay.
Located close to the beach entrance. Just 10 minutes walk to city centre. Beautifully designed rooms with small kitchen corner. Everything perfectly clean and kept. Room large enough with really big balcony equipped with dryer. Perfectly trained staff on all positions - from room keepers to attentive guys organizing breakfast. Rooms absolutely soundproof, you sleep in a quiet place and comfortable bed. Breakfast brilliant, vast choice of sweet pastry and cakes, good coffee. Overall, very comfortable hotel that you will be satisfied with.
We had the most amazing host, who was very sweet, helpful and especially attentive. We were warmly welcomed and would love to come back anytime! The hotel is in a great location, everything can be reached by foot within a couple of minutes (supermarket, beach, bars etc). Nevertheless it is very quiet and we slept very good. The rooms & kitchen, just like everything else, was perfectly cleaned and you will find anything you might need (e.g. extra blanket) in your room.
Quiet location, room equiped with quality furniture, easy access to the beach, locked store room for our bikes, private pool for the guests, welcome drink. It's a nice walk from city center and as we love to walk, this location was perfect for us.
