Absolutely stunning place to stay with beautiful views! The best view for us was Valentino Rossi motor ranch!!! Which is close to the B&B
Nicola is amazing very warm welcome when we arrived we instantly felt comfortable we were given lots of useful information on arrival recommendations of places and restaurants to visit.
Nicola was a fantastic host, Nothing was to much trouble for him, he even very kindly became our taxi one evening so we could have a bottle or 2 of wine!
Breakfast was lovely all fresh with lots of variety & choices!
Room was great very clean and comfortable! Good size clean bathroom with hairdryer available.
No air conditioning but don’t be put off by that the ceiling fan was great at helping us keep cool and it was very hot, 30+ degrees during our stay and we were very comfortable. Guests have use of a fridge, kettle and microwave in a well equipped kitchen for guests. We had a wonderful stay an was very sad to leave!

Excellent location in center of Riccione. Close to restaurants, bars, shops. The beach is next to the apartment. Excellent sea view from the living room balcony and side sea view from the bedroom balcony. The living room balcony is big and can accommodate up to 6 persons with a table and a couch. Both rooms have big TV. All the necessary appliances and cooking tools are provided.
The underground parking was provided by the host and is about 200-300 meters away and is 10 euro/day. If you travel by car is absolutely necessary.

We had a very comfortable, relaxing 2 night stay. Our host Graziella was very welcoming and had great recommendations for restaurants and nearby points of interest to visit. The accommodation is ideally located a short walk from the castle walls.
Our room, bathroom and common rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean! Good wifi too.
Breakfast which was served on the balcony each day was exceptional and the separate coffee and tea making facilities for our room were a bonus. Highly recommend a stay here.

We (couple, 4yo boy and toddler girl) attended a wedding in Conventino di Gradara, for which we spent two nights in a quadruple room in this place. The location is great, just on the foot of the road to Gradara.
The lady running it is super sweet and, upon request, prepares a yummy breakfast with sweet homemade cakes (5 euro/pp). She also gifted our daughter a cute stuffed bear and, upon request, let us check out a couple of hs later the last day, which was great post-wedding.
The room was old-style deco, yet with modern furniture, comfy and had many extra pillows, blankets and towels, as well as storage space. Great high-end bathroom. The children's bunk beds had security barriers. Windows had shades (we did use our portable blackout for the nap, but because our youngest needs it to be pitch dark for napping). Zero mosquitoes. There was complimentary coffee, water and cookies, a fridge and a small table n chairs in the room. The outdoors are beautiful also, we enjoyed visiting the vegetable garden as well :-)

I loved the atmosphere. The location. It was clean and quiet. Even the parking was not far away and it was secured. Breakfast included and there is so many things you dont even know where to start eating. All food is amazing and prepared with care. When i go back to that area ,i am booking this hotel no matter the cost.
Great location near the seafront and harbour. We thought it would be noisy but it wasn't and the bedrooms are at the back so very quiet. It is clean and comfortable and well maintained.
Located in Gabbice Monte, a very charming village overseeing the coast. Rooms are traditional but have all the necessities. The view from the bedroom is magnificent. We tried the private spa and it was a wonderful experience, very recommended. The delicious breakfast menu has all the options and is served which is actually a great thing. All the staff is smiling and so attentive to your needs. We also had diner at the restaurant, it was just wonderful.
Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean quite and good airconditioned rooms. Private parking at a small price. Good value for money. As a returning visitor you get the feeling of coming home. Very close to the Misano Circuit, ideal for MotoGP WSBK WDW and Trackdays.
