Absolutely wonderful. The host of this hotel is incredibly nice. He makes the most delicious cocktails every night. Every night he helped us to find good restaurants and called them to make reservations for us. The garden is beautiful. You are in the middle of the city and yet you have the tranquility of a beautiful courtyard. We went to bed early every night and it is very quiet. The room was very spacious with a beautiful bath. I can honestly say that this was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The service is outstanding. Thank you!

We’ve really appreciated our stay at B&B Kingsman ! The location is excellent , a short walk to main train station and there are good restaurants, trattorias nearby the hotel ! It’s located closer to the Firenze downtown The manager is so friendly, helpful ! The room is nice , spacious! The breakfast is very good as well!So I’d highly recommend to stay there !

Elegant with lots of attention to details, decor and customer service. A significant level above other “9s” in Booking.com. The spaces are pretty small, but the beds are big and luxurious, the shower is nice, the appointments are fresh and lovely (with beautiful linens) and the breakfast room and breakfast service is great! The location is superb just a few steps from the Duomo to the left and the Uffuzi to the right. Zero noise from the street due to double paned heavy windows. very romantic. Not a great place for families/kids.

The staff is very friendly and helpful(Grazie, Salvatore!!), breakfast is amazing with good options of italian cold cuts among other things. The bedrooms are new and of good taste. Supercomfy beds. It's a bit away from the city centre but there are good restaurant options used more by the locals and a supermarket nearby!
