We booked this place at the last minute as we were caught in a rainstorm late at night and a few hours away from our intended destination. The host was very helpful in arranging after hours check-in for us, and we had a nice breakfast at the cafe around the corner. The townspeople in Lavis were very friendly and hospitable. This is a very authentic Italian town--not touristy.

Spacious apartment for 7 people, very good location, close to everything we wanted to visit. Private parking. Spacious bathrooms. Large living room. Quiet area but in the centre of Fai della Paganella. Wonderful hosts who helped us with everything we needed. We would definitely repeat our stay.
Very quiet place. Despite being on the main road, we did not notice whether there was traffic or not. Plenty of room, good facilities, space for our car, good views from the balcony and a very friendly and helpful host. Perfect!

The owners are very friendly and kind. Passionate for what they are doing. Breakfast was great, you can choose your favourite egg-style, made by the young chef à la minute. The house and the room makes you feel just relaxed. The smell of fresh wood is wonderful… The location is very quiet, with a great view on the village and the surrounding hills (great sundown scenery) in 10 minutes walk you reach the center and the bars&restaurants.
Hotel has great location , very close to ski slopes ( 3 stops by skibus).
Rooms have great view fm balcony , everything was perfectly clean and comfortable.
We had halfboard and food was delicious!!! Also stuff and everybody in hotel were very friendly and ready to help with anything.

Very beautiful location, gorgeous view, cozy and quiet room and house. Felt like home. Staff was welcoming and nice, flexible check-in and check-out. Available place to store skiing equipment. Short walk away from Paganella centre and restourants (5 min) and short ride away from closest cities (10-20 min).
Perfect for a family with very clean rooms, lots of space and beautiful views. Great location for those wanting to visit the Paganella childrens fun park or travel to Andalo each day. The owners were amazing and helped provide a buggy, a baby carrier and clear out snow for our car.
We liked especially quiet place, very friendly and helpfull owners, size and equipment of our apartment, its perfect cleanness, big and confortable parking and also distance 30m to skibus stop!
