We stayed for 3 nights in this Bed & Breakfast but we promised myself and my wife to return the next time we
we will take a holiday in Italy again. There are many positive things about this property! First of all Mrs. Giusy who manages excellently all aspects related to the stay, taking care of the customer.
Everything is comfortable and familiar, the place is peaceful, quiet, you are surrounded by nature. In addition to relaxation, there are also other activities that can be done. For example, horse riding: this farmhouse is part of the Regional Horse Trail (Umbria Region), stage 8, for Horse Riding tourism in the Parks and Valleys of Umbria.
The location: it is perfect for the minimum distances both from Rome and from beautiful places both in Umbria (Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, etc.) and in Tuscany (Pienza, Montepulciano, Arezzo, etc.)
Breakfast: of excellent quality, with homemade Bundt cakes, plentiful and with amazing espressos and cappuccinos made by the ever-present Mrs. Giusy!!
Special mention must be made for the Il Felcino restaurant attached to the farmhouse: starting from the original furnishings which includes both typical objects of the local native peasant culture and vintage pieces I think from antique markets, all combined with taste and quality.
The positive things continue with the quality and variety of the gastronomic offer, where meat predominates but truffles and mushrooms also have their worthy space!
The cook responsible for all the meat dishes is, once again, Mrs. Giusy who, tireless but with evident passion, always smiling, starts by cutting the piece of meat, then places it on the grill where there is brace and wood logs on one side, proceeds with cooking and concludes with plating the meat, adding salt, oil and other aromas if required for the preparation. It's truly a spectacle to see her at work!!

The location was perfect. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Definitely plan on staying here again and recommending to friends. This was my fourth visit to Orvieto, and this was by far my favorite place to stay.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Beautifully located in quiet rural Fabro. The property is beautiful , the grounds stunning, we unfortunately got there too late and too tired to enjoy the pool, and had to leave early to continue our long road trip from southern Italy back to France. We would definitely stop there again. We thought this was great value for money, the staff was very friendly, particularly the lady who welcomed us at 10pm, with dark hair whose name I can’t remember. The room was very comfortable and clean. Very easy stop from motorway.
This B and B is a gem! In a small town, quiet and peaceful. We arrived after a day of sightseeing and driving to be able to jump into the swimming pool to cool off. The room was cool and comfortable. We slept well with no interruptions. Breakfast was al fresco on the porch on a beautiful sunny day. Everything was homemade, croissants, jams, peach cake, fresh fruit and coffee! Excellent! Close to Orvieto where we visited the next day. Our host was kind and looked after all our needs.
A very good, clean hotel in a peaceful area with a beautiful garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the highway. Very good breakfast. We were travelling by car so the private parking was much appreciated.
Great location, a lovely house, beautiful breakfast and a very nice family welcome. I would love to take my family here so we could enjoy the pool and all of the beautiful places to sit with a spritz. Hopefully, we will be back!
Helpful owner, quiet area, very clean, there was everything you possibly need and more, we stayed in many places but this was by far the best apartment we stayed. So well deserved 10 for everything.
Giusy is a great host and also a good cook. She made us very welcome on our arrival.
Lovely quiet setting and well presented and clean room. Breakfast was really nice and we ate in the restaurant in the evening, good choice of menu and all nicely cooked.
Quiet environment, beautiful garden, hills nearby, we enjoyed the pool. Great for families. If you have a car, there are great trips nearby. For example to the thermal baths, to Lake Bolsena or to Orvieto and Perugia. The owners were nice and helpful.
It's near the highway which makes it a good economy choice near Rome when travelling through.
The enthusiasm of the owner Salva is contagious. He even made me try and take seconds on his crema calda with Cornetto.
The place is in a rural setting very quiet.
