We were the only guests in the house but we got the whole full breakfast, and it was fantastic.
The place is perfect to do some hiking or biking trips.
And in only some minutes walk you in the centrum with good restaurants and supermarkets.
So, it was perfect.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
We loved the ancient and friendly atmosphere of the villa, the breakfast in the magnificent garden: fresh fruits from the nearby gardens, joghurt, cheese and salami from the mountains and the freshly home baked cakes from Giovanna's kitchen. The villa of Doriano and Giovanna is the best choice to feel the italian hospitality.
Stayed only for one night. Room was nice and the house is charming. Would’ve loved to try the restaurant but didn’t. Breakfast and coffee were very nice. Dongo is not the most picturesque place but it’s close enough to Menaggio and other places.
The host Gernando is very friendly and helpful. Great location, maybe 100 m from the lake and restaurants. Nicely equipped kitchen and bath with all necessary things, also plenty of towels. Very cute balcony with seating area. Also beautiful garden and thr whole house is very authentic. Also perfect free parking nearby which is usually unoccupied.
Doriano and Giovanna have amazing property which made a great stay at Lake Como. Their story about their house and some facts about food served for breakfast were amazing additional points. Recommendations for local restaurants were also perfect. Can’t wait to comeback again to this quiet place to relax.
Villa Rosalinda is full of character and is charming. Our room was very large, gorgeous high ceiling, comfortable bed and helpfully, a kettle, cups and choice of tea. Lovely garden for guests. Good location.
Dongo is a very good place to stay at Lake Como! It is easily accessible by boat to all the attractive touristic places. Good location and a quiet place. The apartment was very nice, very clean, and very comfortable with a lake view. In the yard has a private parking lot and a private garage. The apartment is modernly renovated and has everything needed for a stay. In the rooms, the old furniture gives a special atmosphere of the old Italian style. Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay.
I can just recommend this apartment.
