We really liked the quiet location, but still just walking distance from the restaurants and lake Como. Room was beautiful and you could feel the quality in everything, from interior decoration to the bed quality. Our room was with the pool view and we loved it. We spent two days at this amazing place and we liked everything. Firstly, I want to say big thank you to the whole family who was incredible and very welcoming. Secondly breakfast was very good from local products. The house is very old and the rooms are unique with modern toilets and showers. We are definitely coming back.

Place is in good location. Next to apartment is Como lake and you can go to swim. City center and ferry port is about 10 minutes walk by lake. Apartment is cosy, have fridge. They have private parking. Owners gave all necessary information about ferry schedule, restaurants. Breakfast typical italian.
Very nice apartment with all needed for longer stay. Conditioner is available in all rooms , kitchen was fully equipped for cooking , everything was clean, fresh , new bed sheets and towels. Nice balcony with fantastic view to garden and mountains. Pool with with beach umbrellas and sunbathing chairs. Great location - close to lake, city center and port.
We spent 5 nights at this wonderful location. We had room Nelly and loved it. Enough couches and chairs to sit, very big room with an entree hall and large bathroom. Isabella ran the breakfast buffet in the morning! Wonderful. Much choice from fresh fruits and nuts, home made cakes and jams ect. She was also very helpful on tips where to go, how to go, where to park etc. The villa is in a quiet location within walking distance of the lake and restaurants. From there you can cover most of the lake within an hour, traffic permitting.
A charming place, we genuinely enjoyed our short stay! The villa is located in a quiet place not far from a beach. Everything is super tidy and the hosts are very friendly people! Breakfast was good, too.
