A really calm and friendly place to stay. In walking distance to the local center but still very quiet. A nice pool to spend the afternoon. Lots of small nice details to enjoy. We will come back :-)

Situated at a quiet place in a small old city with access to historic and idyllic places around and easy to make trips to Slovenia and Trieste. Great location amongst the wine yards of the region. Not far from the town centres of Cormons & Gorizia. Great buffet breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
Very nice location, rooms very comfortable, good communication with property. Maria and her team are fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Sylvia who served excellent breakfast and could be found scooting around the property. So friendly and helpful. We would love to return and explore more of this beautiful region.

The house is very beautiful,located in the centre of Cormons, but very quiet. Irina is great host, very friendly, helpful, she gave us great tips what to see, where to go. And she prepares rich, tasty breakfast.
I don't often write reviews, but our stay at Villa Rosi was really exceptional. They are so nice and the building is just beautiful. Everything is extremely charmingly playful and sweetly furnished. We had a big private bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen with a macchinetta for making coffee.
