We had a wonderful time. The hosts were so kind & helpful. We were collected from the airport for a modest fee. At the end of our stay they even took us to the metro station to make it easier to get our train to the cruise ship without any charge. They were fantastic, really couldn't do enough.
Accommodation was perfect, very clean, everything you need. Even complementary freshly baked cake was available in the kitchen.
We would have loved to use the balcony and the swimming pool but the weather wasn't too good. The gardens are lovely and the area seemed very safe. We walked to local pizzeria and had the most delicious pizzas and local wine, very cheap.
Easily accessable to Rome, bus stop around the corner. Then hop on metro to city, 20 mins or so.
We would stay again if we were to come back to Rome.

Host was exceptionally communicative and shared all the necessary information ahead of time. Directions were spot on. We could have taken a bus from ciampino airport but instead took a taxi and it was a quick drive.The property is very conveniently located, and is steps away from the train station. We are a family of four and had quite some luggage which we were able to walk with to the train station at the end of our stay.The property was very clean, and had coffee machine with nespresso pods which was a huge plus. Weather was hot and air conditioning in rooms made the stay very comfortable. We requested some additional time for checkout since we arrived late night and were checking out next day, and the host very graciously provided us some extra time which still allowed them to prepare for the next guest. I highly recommend this property for stay and will definitely
Stay here again if we return to Ciampino in the future.

Marco, the host is very professional and knows how to pamper his guests. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes away to Rome Termini by train which is just a 10 minute walk from the structure. The ticket is just €1,50. Pizzerias and tavernas are just around the corner and the location is super quiet during the night.

Alessandro and his team were welcoming, accommodating and extremely professional. The room was meticulous and they provided breakfast to go (much appreciated for an early flight) as well as ear plugs since you could hear hear occasional plane. The restaurant downstairs was quite popular as was Delpi Pizza (10 min walk). Great experience and ideal for our needs. Alessandro also shuttled us to the airport for our early departure and we couldn’t be more appreciative. Thank you!

Great location, close to airport as well as train link to Rome Termini (15min by train). It is a quiet area and great if you need to be close to the airport or prefer to stay outside of Rome with a good and fast connection. Friendly staff warm, welcoming and very helpful. Great location in a quiet residential area close walk to train station and airport bus shuttle and easy access into city centre rome termini station abt 15 mins on train. Car parking on site was a great plus. Convenient place for a stop off on travels or just for a day or two visiting the touristy things in rome avoiding traffic.
