An easy 20-25 minute walk from the station. All old town in 10minute walkable distance. Garden really pretty and peaceful. Room clean and kind of fancy, bathroom is ace. Heating, seats, spacious, quiet, mirrors. Host is so lovely.

We LOVED staying at Antica Gabella. It was so gorgeous. The owners go above and beyond to take care of you. You get so much space and it is immaculately clean, whilst still being rustic and charming. The breakfast was beautiful and delivered fresh each day. So many little things to love; memory foam pillows, welcome treats, great coffee machine, fluffy towels, even a torch to take out at night. The location is perfect. We can’t wait to stay again xx

Laura was an outstanding host - she collected us from the train station, provided plenty of information on the local sites and prepared a full buffet/cooked breakfast, along with booking us a taxi on our way out!! We were blown away by Laura's hospitality and kindness. The room itself was gorgeous, modern and very cool on a hot night.

Luxurious apartment in a perfect spot to enjoy the delights of this lovely town. Eating breakfast from the beautiful breakfast table right over the Porte, looking down the old street with the church just nearby was a highlight. Closely followed by drinks on our private terrace overlooking the lake. Hosts were exceptional.

The room was a really great size, clean and modern and the surrounding location was stunning.
We met Alessandro on our first night who could not do enough for us, he gave us recommendations on where to go and contacted various restaurants to make reservations for us.
In the morning we met Martina who laid on an amazing breakfast for us and told us about the surrounding area, tips on where to visit and really handy info on Tuscan food.
Both were really kind, incredibly friendly and welcoming paying great attention to detail.
The room was really spacious, the WiFi was good and air con worked perfectly. The surrounding olive grove was beautiful and it was easy to get to Castiglione del lago (18mins) to watch the sunset and have a drink and 23 mins to Montepulciano.
The room was exactly as advertised, the water pressure was good for a hot shower, fridge and plenty of storage.
Martina and Alessandro’s warmth and attentiveness created a comfortable and homely atmosphere that we will never forget. Plus we cannot forget Bruno who was absolutely adorable.

Roberta was really kind and even picked me up from the station. Lovely room, comfortable and clean, with bikes available to use free of charge. Location convenient for railway station, town and sightseeing - 10 minutes by bike. Nice selection of things for breakfast with use of a shared kitchen, so you could self-cater if you liked. Roberta also asked what I liked for breakfast and made sure there was plenty of everything.

Excellent hotel in a great location, Paulo did everything to make our stay superb. Hotel was perfectly located in the centre of town, facilities were great and breakfast very nice. nothing was too much trouble.

We really enjoyed our stay at Borgo Solario, which has stunning views and is set in a quiet spot. The location is a good base for exploring Lake Trasemino and further afield. The apartment was clean and spacious and the property (and pool) were lovely. Michelle was a great host.
We really enjoyed the quiet countryside and private house for our 4 night stay. We loved using the pool which has a great view over the rolling hills. The location is remote which is exactly what we wanted. Big kitchen, beautiful terrace and bbq facilities.
