The hosts Massimo and Rosy were wonderful, and very helpful.

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Location, views, hot tub, breakfast, staff, the room, gardens, balcony, the restaurant.... everything was perfect.

We had a car which was important - would not want to walk from baveno / stresa without the car - but parking was free and easy to find by the entrance to the property.

Location and views from the room were perfect, with a small balcony overlooking the main square.
Around 10 minutes walk from the main swimming area on mergozzo.
We managed to use free parking in town about 10 minutes walk from the property.
We had the included breakfast which was a pastry, coffee and juice - very nice and perfect quick breakfast. A large hot breakfast of eggs, meats, etc is available for €20pp.

Martina was an amazing host. She made the most amazing breakfast, which was taken in her beautiful garden. The menu was different every day, with homemade cakes, waffles and pancakes and with fresh fruit and breads, and homemade jams.
Ou room and bathroom was very clean an spacious and had a wonderful view of the lake. This is an amazing small business which will wow you. You will need a car to reach this b&b, but if you want to make a good visit to Lago Maggiore you’ll need a car anyway.
