The owners, Alessio & Marissa, were wonderful to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. La Dogana is in an excellent location, close to historic centre of Portogruaro, and close to cafes and restaurants. The room was very clean and the premises in general well kept.

Great place to stay in Bibione - the breakfast was tasty and the host always willing to help. Room was cleaned every day. The house is only a 4 minute ride from dog beach.

The room was clean and big enough and Maurizio is an awesome host who makes really good breakfast. The bicycles come in handy when travelling to the beach or to the town and you have safe parking for your car.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The hotel is close to all the things: cafes, shops, the city center. It is a walking distance (1km approx.)

Great location, few min walk from beach and city center. The apartment was comfortable, air conditioner in every rooms, pool on the roof is great and has nice view to the sea. There was joga class on the roof on Mon, Wed and Fri which I enjoyed very much. Everyone in the residence was amazingly kind including receptionist, cleaning lady, the girl in the wellness and the girl at breakfast, overall we loved the place and would highly recommend.

Location: cannot be better. 3min from the beach and right on the pedestrian street (from 8pm onwards). But very quiet at night. 10min to city centre. Many restaurants and shops just outside

The beach was right next to the hotel just across the sidewalk. Beach service was included. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit. The hotel is not right in the center, which is a plus in Caorle if you are looking for a quieter place. Comfortable bed with twin blankets, which is above standard in Italy. Good and spacious parking, we didn't have to leave our keys at reception to re-park the car.

The apartment was close to the beach in a quiet small street. It was also really close to the city center of Caorle, and also to the Aquafollie water park a Luna Park. In general, it has a great location. Our room was on the top floor, with a huge balcony, but unfortunately without a sea view.

The great location, friendly staff and provided services made this place unique. Quiet, clean place with outdoor pool, garden, private beach including free sun beads and sun shields, shielded parking lot, pool table, ping-pong table, bicycles etc. The food in the restaurant was so tasty that there was no need to have a dinners outside.
