This a terrific place to stay for anyone hiking along the Via Francigena. The accommodation and facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The hostess was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is a beautiful open terrace at the top of the building. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Highly recommended!

The B&B is in a magical location, we have never before felt so remote yet comfortable - it is very rare to sleep next to waterfalls, which made the stay feel very special and romantic. My partner and I were staying for our anniversary, and Gianluca (the host) was exceptionally friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The room has all the facilities one could desire, and the breakfast had excellent options - it was particularly nice to be able to choose what we wanted to eat/drink and dine outside. Whilst I had initially chosen the booking for its outstanding location, I would certainly go back equally for Gianluca's hospitality. We had a slight moment of panic when my partner left some of her belongings by mistake in a bedroom drawer, but Gianluca immediately informed us and arranged for the belongings to be delivered to us, which was an extra level of thoughtfulness and honesty that exceeded expectations. We will certainly be visiting Candalla again, as the whole experience was memorable.

Lovely private and tranquil villa set in lovely terraced grounds with olive trees and great views over the Tuscan countryside. Pool and loungers for cooling off and outside BBQ & dining area for evening meals. Location close to cities and towns such as Lucca, Pisa etc. Friendly & helpful host made us very welcome :)
Well equiped and comfortable apartment after renovation, very clean. Located in quiet area. Perfect place for family, in walking distance to beautiful old part of Camaiore. Amazing place for relax! The hotel was located in the quiet countryside with stunning views as you walked near the property. The old stone building was updated with modern and comfortable features. The staff was organized and extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast.
Wonderful view over the valley and the mountains, quiet and very private. We especially liked the outdoors, the terrace, small pool and sun deck.

Fantastic, charming, and relaxing getaway location! Elena and Massimo were so warm and friendly, perfect hosts. The historical villa and gardens are romantic and wonderful, full of character. Room was spacious and well apportioned with antique furniture, very nice bath and shower. Swimming pool was perfect and super clean, bigger than in photos! Decent Continental breakfast in a delightful, huge dining hall with beautiful wall murals. Location is quiet and woodsy on a hillside not far from the small village of Nocchi.
A warm smiley welcome, stunning large place, occupied with all necessary equipments & facilities, beautiful gardens around the villa, private parking, great location.
