Great staff, great location. Outdoors pétanque area, with playing balls freely available. If you're into birds, the owner / caretaker (?) has got lots around, is passionate about them, and will be more than happy to talk about it (in either Italian, or French).

It was a pleasant surprise - not a room but huge apartment actually, with all appliances you may need ! One can prepare and have breakfast in the room at convenient time - host provides you with pastry, jam, bottled water, yogurt, milk… coffee from the coffee maker was excellent! Parking place in front of the building, with train station few minutes away. Lugano is 25 minutes by car. Highly recommended to explore the lakes area.

Spacious and clean rooms with antique furniture and comfortable beds. The shower was really good, temperature- and pressure-wise. Spacious balcony with a nice view (at least in the room we chose). The property is located close to a nice lake and the check-in process was uncomplicated (it happened outside of regular check-in time, as we were a bit late, but the nearby restaurant was still open so we could “check-in” there). Their communication with guests is really good, instructions for the usual things were sent per message, including pictures for convenience. Overall a very positive experience.

It was cozy, very clean, very pleasant. You could feel the care and love put into all the details of the decoration. It was not luxurious, but all the details for comfort were there and also beauty was taken into account. The bed and the pillows were super comfortable, the common kitchen super sunny and nice, the contact with the owner perfect!

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
What a wonderful time we’ve had here! Paola is such a great host, she made sure we had ever we needed and checked in with is on regular basis to ensure everything was ok.
And the view… what can I say, it was absolutely stunning! This place gives you the feeling of being home, but within an amazing landscape.
Our daughter also enjoyed it, with enough space for here to go and explore the nature.

Rolf greeted us warmly when we reached the apartment. He took his time and described throughly how to use the facilities and the local attractions. He was also quite patient when we were unable to get into the apartment. He also arranged for a few breakfast items with grace since we had a long trip, driving from switzerland to italy. It was very thoughtful.
The apartment is ideally situated near the lake for your evening walks. There's a restaurant, bar and pharmacy next door. The neighbourhood is quiet at night and we slept pleasantly.
Oh my goodness! This is an amazing place to stay. The hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s close enough to the lake and other amenities but far enough away to be quiet when you want to relax. The highlight of staying here is the restaurant. The food is superb. Everything is made fresh and they use quality ingredients. This is Michelin star quality food without the price tag. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who enjoys quality, comfort, peace and quiet.
