The local feel to the b and b. Very warm welcome from the hosts and a breath taking view from the room. The breakfast was served by the hosts and was delicious with local food and home cooked baked products. The views from the whole place are stunning. We even got to see fireworks at night from the room. It was very special and a place we will definately return to

Very nice, intimate hotel! This place has a soul! The rooms were renovated, clean, with the coffee machine, fridge, airco and balcony just next to the swimming pool. The garden was very nice to chill and to sunbath. Very nice owners, family business. SOS device under the shower. Breakfast was not too big but good, fresh eggs, cheese, ham, croissants, cake, fruits, jams, nutella etc. and delicious coffee! I really recommend that place! Only half hour to Como. Parking on the property with closed fence. Every room has it's own code so no key needed, VERY GOOD IDEA!

Casa di Princi is nestled in the hills of Brunate. A quiet neighbourhood, with narrow winding roads that give a sort of historical feel to the area.
We didnt need to pick up keys, although our host had informed us were to access them.........because she contacted us and came to Como Railway Station to pick us up!! Wonderful start to our relaxing holiday.

The house is quaint and comfortable. The location is very peaceful, a pretty garden at the front and stunning views from the rear terrace with sofas, dining table, hot tub and sauna. Sonia was very helpful with everything, thank you for a lovely stay.
The view is stunning and it is in such a quiet area that it makes for a great place to stay. I'd love to come back in winter. The little walking tracks around the area were lovely.
Great location at the top of the funicolare only 70 metres to the hotel. We had a lovely, comfortable room, overlooking Como with a lovely balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, Chiara looked after us really well and gave us lots of good useful advice. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and very good quality food. Thanks to Rocco and the rest of the great staff. We had a great five night stay and will definitely be going back in the future
The views were fabulous. Charming old villa in a very quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. Very enjoyable sitting at the kitchen table with the balcony doors open and sunlight streaming in with the stunning views over Como below.
