This was a wonderful B & B. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. Everything imaginable was provided in the room….mini bar, coffee, tea, etc. The breakfasts were fabulous…even included fresh squeezed juice!!

I had one memorable, amazing night in the Essentia Guest House. It was gorgeous. Tucked up in the mountains, it is part of the fun getting up to the property. Once there, it's a peaceful, family-run oasis overlooking the lake. The hosts are wonderfully friendly and accommodating, and their meal offerings make you feel truly like houseguests rather than travelers. I loved it and wish I could have stayed longer!

We loved this property!! I would absolutely stay here again! The accommodations in room were perfect and anytime something was needed, it was provided quickly. Would definitely do the breakfast on site. The sitting area was beautiful and all around property was gorgeous views!

The place is wonderfully decorated, the host is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet and super helpful even with the language barrier. After the bustling Como and other tourist favored towns, it is a pleasure to come back to the calm Albavilla and stay at Heidi bed and breakfast.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Fantastic view from the balcony. Living space over 3 floors to allow family members space. Well equipped and comfortable. In a charming, peaceful little village. Rent all Como provided excellent information and instruction and regularly checked in. Would certainly use this company again 😎
Easy check-in, great location and fabulous area. I loved the old building and modern interior. Kitchen is well equipped, air conditioner is great to have in summer time. The balcony is great bonus to relax and enjoy the garden view.
Foreigners who are not used with narrow streets and serpentines better rent a small car :)
The was a lovely bed and breakfast located on Lake Como. The mother and daughter who run the bed and breakfast are wonderful hosts who were helpful with instructions on navigating around the island. The rooms are huge--this is a true villa. They serve a very filling, delicious breakfast daily and there is one very good restaurant, Ristorante Momi, for lunch or dinner within walking distance. The bus stop to Como or Bellagio is right in front of the property with easy access. Also, the boat dock is only a 5 minute walk from the property.
Newly furnished apartment with air-conditioning, clean and had everything we needed for a 3-day stay. It was very quiet and close to the lake, nice for a short evening walk, but quite far from everything. We had bikes so we used them for transportation. Otherwise you need to use your car. Big advantage is a parking slot just in front of the apartment.

Great location and Giovanna is a great host. The apartment we stayed at was very comfortable, with a nice view of the lake and clean. The shared kitchen and the kitchen in the apartment both had all necessary items for cooking. Highly recommended.
We felt very lucky that we got to stay at Albergo Milano 1920, the town of Blevio is quiet and quaint. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Out hostess was the loveliest woman who gave ud lots of suggestions and took good care of us! The view from our room was amazing and the room itself was spectacular! Would definitely stay here again!
This is a lovely home in Como. The location is superb - quiet at the same time close to the City Center. The view of the Lake is superb. The appartment is fully furbished to fullfill all the needs The Kitchen had all the equipments and met all the requirements. It was also very spacious with a large living room, and a huge Patio with a view of the lake.
The Said Europe Rule of heating only upto 19 Degree Celcius was a problem. The appartment was really cold.
