The staff went above and beyond to make the most of our stay. They spent extra time at check in showing us the top sights in the area and recommending restaurants and even making the reservation for us. We had a lovely breakfast on the patio, again with great service. Charming Bellagio sits above the town with an amazing view that was icing on the cake.

It is clear she cares deeply about every aspect of her guests’ experience, from the superb cleanliness of the property (I’ve never had hotel bedding smell this nice!), to the above and beyond service. Great location, just 5 mins drive from the centre, lovely view. Silvia was a great host and sent us lots of information on Lake como beforehand, also great communication for getting the keys and helping us to amend the stay dates. Apartment lovely and clean and had good facilities and parking.
The property was in a great location easy to walk to the centre and just a little away from he hustle and bustle.
The property has a humble Italian charm, but what made it for us was the balcony over looking the mountains and we could even see the lake. We enjoyed many breakfasts and even decided to stay in one evening and enjoy dinner on the balcony. It was a very charming property.

House is located within 10-15min walk to the city center. As other comments indicated there are a lot of stairs, so climb up could be a little bit problematic for some people. Apartments are very spacious and clean, but pretty old. Host was great and very easy to communicate. Also there is a free private parking and the neighborhood is very quiet, so be aware that if you come later at night like us, you will need to go to city center for food.

Great location 100m from the village square and about the same distance from the lake and ferry stop (via the stairs). Access with wheeled luggage is a longer way around. Gaia was a great host; very helpful when we had an unexpected delay owing to a transport workers' strike. The apartment is cosy and well facilitated and up a quiet street.
Lovely staff and the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is perfect - it is quiet and the city center is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Free parking is available at the location.
We also booked it last minute - the staff was very accomodating and there were no problems with check in.
Breakfast was great - had some cereal, sandwitch materials, fresh fruit and great coffee!
Modern, immaculately clean & well furnished en-suite bedroom with private external terrace, views of the lake/ surrounding countryside and free on-site parking. Quiet residential area a short distance from Bellagio town centre with a walking route to the midway lakeside beach and free carpark on the outskirts of the main town. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold buffet choices. Very friendly and helpful host who gave good advice and assisted with restaurant bookings in the town.
We had a wonderful stay at Appartamenti il Sogno at Belaggio. It is located in a beautiful and quiet area, there's a wonderful view of Como lake from the living room. It is great location, there are shops, restorants and ferrys nearby. The apartment is comfortable, clean, spacious, warm, cozy and well equiped . It has a private parking place. The host gave us full instructions for everything and the communication was very easy. Warmly recommend it,Thank you for hosting us!
A fantastic boutique-feel hotel just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Bellagio.
The back of the hotel and our lake-view room looked out to the stunning, charming and quieter village of Pescallo - highly recommend La Pergola restaurant.
