We had a car which was important - would not want to walk from baveno / stresa without the car - but parking was free and easy to find by the entrance to the property.
Both free Wifi and parking on-site are available at Antica Trattoria del Boden free of charge. A private entrance leads guests into the guest house, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies.

Apartment is really well equipped and the views are STUNNING. The private beach was a perfect way to enjoy the lake. Nice location just a bit outside town, so it feels quite quiet and private, we enjoyed the walk into town with our dog on a daily basis.

This hotel is a bit from the side of the Baveno. But, it has pation. swimming pool and private beach, so you don't need to cross the road. It is really classy and luxurious. Classic design makes its impression of luxury and history on the lakeside of Lago Maggiore. Highly reccomend.
Beautiful hotel, lovely surroundings, stunning pool area (has a ping pong table). Good room size with lovely private garden (we had ground floor room).
Also has an access to the 'sister' Grand Hotel Dino via stunning gallery corridor, you can use their indoor and outside pool, bars, between both hotels you can definitely find an area the most suitable for you.
The hotel is close to the Baveno town, great location, plenty of restaurants nearby if required.
