The property was located in a a beautiful area, really quiet, peaceful and amazing views parking was free which was a bonus. It was a very easy drive from
Rome. The couple who met us at the property on the day we arrived showed us where everything was and how things worked and were able to provide us with recommendations of where to go and eat and places for breakfast.
The place is gorgeous, the renovation is modern and very comfortable. Everything you need is in the kitchen, everything works. We had a place on the first floor with a terrace where we had a table and could eat there, with a quiet beautiful view. There were two air conditioners, in the kitchen and in the room, very comfortable. I recommend this place.

They prepared breakfast for us at 5 in the morning and they took us to the airport.
Also, because we didn't have a car, they've helped us with the transportation.

I would return to stay for at least two weeks, just to clear my head and fill my soul with joy.

The whole property has been finished to a high standard and the rooms felt like a luxurious hotel whist still retaining a charming home from home feel. Great location for exploring nearby Assisi and Perugia which are both stunning. Lovely host and very nice breakfast.
