The room I had was at the top of the tall thin building beneath the rafters. The bed was enormous. There are windows on both sides, to a quiet street on one side and an inner courtyard on the other. Lots of character. Good coffee and a good spread of food for breakfast. Close to the station and the historic centre and major attractions of the city. Super friendly host and faultless joining arrangements.

Great location, very quiet. Nice pool. Spacious and clean room. The owners are super friendly and make your stay wonderful. They help you with everything. They also provided is with aperativo and chocolat.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Very heartful reception, pool usage included, air conditioning, refrigerator in room (quiet one). The bed was comfy and other clients were whether quiet or the noise protection in house is very well done. Just one night on our way home spent there. The breakfast was ready in the fridge in the room as we arrived (croissant, toast bread, cheese and ham and some juice).
As a stopping point on a long drive from near Brindisi to Monaco di Baviera, this was a "oh its cheap" decision but turns out to be an excellent unassuming and practical decision.
Local Pizza was great - cheap but well done and fueling up options good.
The apartment is tastefully decorated and beautifully maintained. The bathroom and shower are stylish and efficient and the bed is very comfortable. Cooking facilities are convenient and there are chairs and a table for sit down meals both inside the apartment and outside in the patio area. The residence is in a quiet location conveniently close to the main road linking Modena with Verona.
Its was wonderfull. Really nice rooms, everything clean and comfortable. The owner was really tender and respectful. Its very quiet place. Kitchen and breakfast propose us even more than we are expected. We are really reccomend this place.
The accomodation is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. It is quiet, well ventilated and the bed is large and comfortable with superior linen. The shower works well and there is ample parking.
Being a ground floor room it gave easy access to store my bike securely in my room. The room itself was really spacious and the shower was great. The fridge meant that I could cool my bidons for the next day. It was also a very quiet location.
