Me and my daughter enjoyed our short stay. Stefano was very welcoming and the accommodation was lovely, fun, bright, modern ,clean and comfortable. The shower was A-mazing!!! and massaged as you shower!!
The breakfast was a very sweet breakfast, mini chocolate crossants and pastries which my daughter liked. There was cereal options of cornflakes also and yoghurt and fresh mini juices, which I thought were really cute.
I liked how it was presented and the breakfast tasted nice.
Stefano and his dad went that extra mile driving me and my daughter to the station(valmontone) as I didnt have a car as the walk was too far for us and even picked us on our return from our days in Rome. We greatly appreciated this as we didn't realise the distance.

Nice people, beautiful places. The host was very nice and helped us to get to the location by personal car. We loved the quiet from the area and we had a great rest.
It was very nice and useful to have a well-equipped kitchen, private toilet, safe parking, and a nice terrace with a view over the small garden. The host was very helpful and open to answer our questions and to our requests. For a longer stay the cleanliness is up to you and the other guests of the house, in the common space. It is nice that there are washing machines for clothes and dishes, an ironing table and iron, and a hairdryer. If I had read more carefully the description I would not have carried with me a steam iron and hairdryer :)
