Connie is a super host, she really takes great care of her visitors. This is a magnificent residence with a beautiful garden and pool. I think that it will be very difficult to find a better place particularly for the price requested, 20 out of 10 😃👍🏻😃👍🏻

La Casa del sole was an oasis from the bustle of Rome. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The location has a pool which is a welcome bonus if one wants to stay close, and admire the plants and fresh herbs in the yard. The beach is across the street and down the stairs.
A few restaurants within walking distance, though a little far for summertime walking. However, the meals were made with love and felt like the Nonna made it.
The hosts Matteo and Valerio were always available for questions. A special touch to a place I told my friends was my Villa while in Anzio. Grazie.

We stayed had a great location in Anzio outside of the city. Francesco and his brother picked us up from the airport all the way in Rome. They were kind and patient with us and took us around. Anzio recommended excellent restaurants and felt like we made new friends.

Excellent and charming Location, just facing the sea. Very kind host/personnel at every step of booking/welcome/check-in and check out. Excellent breakfast!!! Very good coffee and fresh croissant. Also the bar offered a very good and kind service. Easy and free parking in front of the entrance.

close to the beach, city center, but quiet. Very clean room and bathroom. Not hot as there is air conditioning and the windows are covered with roll downs. Comfortable enough.
Very nice and caring host family. Great location, just several steps down to the beach. Tramendous view at Sunset from terrace just in front of the room. Tasty breakfast with sweet cakes, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, ham, salami, cheese, egg ommelete or scrambled eggs as per your preference. We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset House and still come back in our minds.
Felt at home straight away, the owner was very friendly and the private pool was a real plus, wish we had booked to stay longer. There's a supermarket very close and a nice quiet steakhouse within walking distance
The house provided everything I needed and was spacious enough with tasteful decorations. It has a charming and cozy atmosphere. Moreover, the highlight for me was the peacefulness and quietness of the surroundings at night, allowing me to enjoy a heavenly night's sleep. The hosts, a delightful and friendly young couple, were accommodating and welcoming. The property is situated in their garden, where they cultivate a variety of fruits and vegetables. Despite my late arrival, they kindly facilitated a smooth check-in process.
