I loved the look of the place, the air conditioner, and that with the window closed, it was so quiet. Also, the owner was very patient with me. I had trouble with the keys and finding the wi fi note. It was all because I was hot and tired. Everything was right there .

Julia was a great host, very helpful with any questions we had. She also called ahead to the beach and let them know we were on our way to rent umbrella and chairs for the day. The breakfasts were also very good, my wife and I stayed for three nights and had a great time. It’s in a great location and the Italian Riviera is a great place to be!!!

Great location one block from the beach and two blocks from the train station. AC worked very well. Quiet with windows closed. Staff was very responsive to questions.

Serena is just a great host. She took care on just everything. She booked us a parking space (what is not too easy in Alassio), she took care on booking us sun chairs and umbrella in a private beach, bagni (what we just recommend in that region and in high season as most beaches are private). Everything easy and simple.
The appartement is very clean in a very new condition. Everything there what is needed. We really felt very well.

Great location!!! Very close to the beach, sea and old city center. Store for shopping food just in front of the hotel. Distance to the railway station around 700 meters. Staff very nice, helpful and always available.
Very helpful staff. We had been warned prior to arrival that there was no lift which was fine but the lovely receptionist insisted on carrying one of our cases up 2 flights of stairs, despite my assurances that we could manage. She was very pleasant, taking time to recommend which beach to use. (Nearly all the sea front is private beaches that charge for use). Our room was clean, well maintained and surprisingly quiet given the location close to the centre.
We received a very warm welcome on arrival at this charming hotel. Location is excellent with views looking across the Mediterranean it’s close to everything yet very quiet at night. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Casa d’artista B&B should you visit Alassio
This is a very charming villa, with gorgeous furniture. The location is fabulous, an easy walk from town, but quiet and with a lovely view. Luigi was very friendly. The breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and homemade jams.
Great location just off the beach and the town center, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. Professionally run hotel with sufficient and friendly staff. We had a small but good room with a private terrace, great shower / bathroom. Private parking available, but in a tiny and stressful garage box, requiring advanced driving skills! So, once parked, leave your car there during your stay and take the train, which in itself is a nice experience!
