The home is bellisimo (!) and the setting of Tocco, and the view we had of the village, valley, and mountains from our room were also incredible! Homemade olive oil and locally made bread for breakfast, plus great recommendations for sourcing local food and wine rounded out our first small-town experience in Italy :).

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night at this really nice location. The room was spotlessly clean and warm, as we stayed in winter. The owner is a very kind and friendly person. The place is located near nice hiking trails and climbing areas, the Majella mountain is nearby and is a nice hike both in winter and summer. Thanks for the nice time!

Stunning view of the mountain, well kept garden and freshly renovated house with everything new and lots of taste.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Beautiful and newly renovated appartment with a great view of the mountains. Two separate airconditioned rooms and a kitchenette. We had everything we needed for a family of four. Quiet area, lots of nature around, many possibilities nearby for hikes in the Majella national park.
Excellent breakfast options! Cafe was wonderful!
The property was stunning and the location breathtaking. Our expectations were surpassed in every way.
The owners were welcoming and made us feel like family. The evening meal was wonderful.
If you want to experience the 'real Italy' a stay at Borgo San Martino is highly recommended!!!
We can't wait to return. A la prossima...grazie mille!
Amazingly quiet, beautiful, well-appointed agriturismo. Feels old and quaint but also super clean and updated for modern travelers. Cold a/c, fast wi-fi, excellent free breakfast and 25 euro three course dinner. Fruit trees all over property, owners' sheep dogs roam, and people pass on horseback frequently. It's hard to get to but extremely worth it if you are in the area and need a serene place to stay.
Everything, but most of all the friendliness of Gianna and Guiseppe. That really made it a place to never forgot. Ok besides that the beautiful house, pool, quietness and the lovely cakes and cappuccino in the morning.
I arrived at about 20.30 and they made a really nice diner with antipasti and other sorts of delicious food.
Very good location, close to Maiella. Also not to far from SS and around there are some nice restaurants. The host is a fantastic lady and very helpful if you need any information. very important is that is nice quiet place and so you relax fully.
The room was comfortable and warm, had everything we needed. The TV was in a shared area, we did not use it but it would have been nice to have this as a private facility in own room. The breakfast was good and we had dinner there which was beautifully prepared and served - wonderful cooking with local ingredients; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Bea was lovely host and very attentive - provided coffee & biscotti when we arrived and checked we had worked out the heating in our room as the weather was cool. Can recommend a stay here.
