Our stay with svarna was a very peaceful and nostalgic, it gave a cozy and warm village vibes but in amidst city, the rooms were spacious and yet comfortable and the interior was just beautiful, i personally look for such boutique and beautiful with nature around and it met all of my expectations, they have their own kitchen where they cooked all the meals required by us and i had no words after eating, it was so delicious so homey and such authentic taste could eat their food all day everyday, me being a hardcore non-vegetatrian did not miss it at all as they offered only vegetarian but was absolutely tasty! The people who helped us with accomodation were very sweet, Pooja with whom i spoke since i had booked the place was an absolute delight to talk to and was very sweet in person as well, and the owners of the place were very warm and welcoming, made us feel like at home and were fun to talk to, helped us with all our requests, the place is also at a very prominent position it's just few minutes away from the main city and beside highway so access to transport was easy, all the know sights are just 10-15 mins away, in all great stay, beautiful ambiance, lovely people.

I love everything about this property and stay.
1. Location is perfect. Away from the busy road in the kind of village. Very peaceful atmosphere, smily neighbors and lots of birds around including peacocks. Two were sitting one day right on the main gate. But 10 min riding by scooter from Malpe beach and close to all tourist and peligrimage attractions (Udupi Krishna Temple, other temples). We attended Cola festival.
2. Managers are super helpful. Ready to fulfill any request: to call ricsha, give ideas where to rent a scooter or a bike, find a public boat to st. Mary's island, change the room ( we would like to stay on the second floor).The owner is very cooperative and nice person.
3. Rooms are really huge. As well as bathroom. Toilet is separate from the bathroom. All the necessary new furniture even with keys (you can lock the case). Nice freshdesign in the rooms. All rooms are specious. windows are very well protected from insects and birds and heat.
4. Value for money is very good. In the city you can find also best hotels for such money but rooms are smaller, most of them on the main road and 5-7 km from beach.
5. Property has a huge free parking.

Excellent location, approach road is very narrow but barely any vehicles. Just 10 15 mins inside NH66. Food served by the caretaker was really good & served at desired time itself. He also bought food parcel for us from near by restaurants.

Yakshith made my stay feel very comfortable and he was very hospitable. This resort has been one of the most clean and tidy places I have stayed at in malpe beach. It is about 2 min walkable to malpe beach.I would book here again.

It was one of the beautiful stays that we had ever stayed in with stunning beach view from the terrace.Totally loved the hospitality of the host they were so very sweet, friendly and helpful.We finally able to have a slow peaceful mornings at the private, serene beach side which is much needed.Best one to opt for when a peaceful beach view stay with proper amenities are needed.

This was the best accommodation we’ve had in India and many other places too. We would rarely give a 10 but this deserves it. The apartment was large and clean and bright with a full kitchen. It was on a very quiet street that was close to many restaurants and the temple. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They got us an auto rickshaw at 6 o’clock in the morning to go to bus station.
Great location. 8 min walk to Sri Krishna Matha and temples. 10 min walk to Woodlands restaurant. Reasonably clean room. Parking for 10-15 cars available. Room was quiet and sound proofed even though facing the city bus stand. Friendly staff
