Great historic house with just 3 rooms. Staff was really nice and gave us great tips how to Manöver in Trivandrum. The breakfast was outstanding. The small balconies are great for relaxing and watching the rain deluge coming down.

Best Stay i had in past few years. One of a Kind property which is just a stone's throw away from Beach. If you want a vacation to relax and rejuvenate - this is the perfect place. I can still feel the sound of waves even after am back home.
would like to mention few points which stood out in our 3nights, 4 days stay
Location : Had searched for days to get this kind of beach side cottage. You cannot get this view and proximity to Beach from even the five star hotel adjacent to Karikkathi Beach house. Exactly the place they mentioned in description.
Staff : Very cordial. Vinod the manager there ensured we had the perfect stay. Took his suggestions regarding food and places to visit nearby and his suggestions helped us to have the best. Just need to give him some time to get things arranged in case if they were not available there.
Food : It was awesome. Limited Menu but very tasty. Never thought i would love kerala style cooking so much. Vinod ensured food was specially made for my daughter. She loved the fish which they have got us every night on special request.
Privacy : One of the best. Only 2 families per villa. They have 3 villas and they are separated by far. we had very good privacy which helped us to relax. You will get your own private Beach especially for Karikkathi Beach house.
Massage : We took massage for 2 days as we had to go out one day for sightseeing. Best Massage we had and that too the prices are very reasonable compared to those that we get in places like Hyderabad or Bangalore or even Varakala
Last but not the least - special mention to Sajjad ji (owner of this property) who ensured that we are taken care of. From the time i had booked this property in booking.com till i checked out, he kept on talking to us to ensure we were taken care of.
Really looking forward to go to Karikkathi Beach house again

Rooms very spacious and clean including Kitchen. Like one's own luxury apartment. Coffee, Tea, Milk powder, Water, Sugar are readily available. Even if not the owner of the apartment brings them very quickly. Easily accessible from city centre.
Room was specious. Toilet was good reason to stay as it has all facilities like private heater, faucet, clean and hygenic just like in 3 star hotel with reasonable price. Also location of hotel was good in city centre.

2 minute walk to a main road for a tuk tuk, gym, ATM, chai and 4 minute walk to the highway where again tuk tuk and around the city quick. Staff were great, nothing too much trouble they ordered in and served me my dinner every night and there is a kitchen and washing machine. AC room, balcony and a TV lounge

Delightful homestay in a beautiful family home. The owners are really friendly and gave me lots of helpful advice on things to do, transport etc.
Breakfast was delicious and it was a nice opportunity to meet fellow guests. My room was clean and cosy.

Great location, 3min walk to rail station but up a small hill away from the main road so very quiet and no traffic noise. Room good size, bed comfortable, hot water in bathroom and fridge in room. Tastefully decorated rooms, located right on the beach with delecious breakfast and complimentary airport pick up all the above great hosts! We enjoyed private breakfast on Seaview balcony.
