The hotel was bright, clean and safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they let me fill my water bottles with filtered water instead of using plastic bottles. Receptionist does not speak or understand English. Room dilapidated, tiles cracked, repaired cheaply. Toilet dirty, covered with dirt, hadn't been bleached for a long time. Mattress threadbear, could feel the springs. Lights switdh didn't work. Unhygienic condition.
The hotel is at the great location. However if anyone is coming there as tourist then I want them to know that there's not any tourist spots near by. You'll have to go to the town side.
The breakfast and the staff was good. The food is amazing there.
However i feel the staff can be more professional with their body languages, while dealing with people.
It's not enough to speak in a formal manner but to act also. A person's body language says alot.
