Overall, my stay was indeed pleasant. Combination of spacious and clean accommodation, ideal location near to airport, yet peaceful and quiet, modern amenities made it a successful getaway. The restaurant attached to the property surprised with delightful food choices. While staying Visited Tapi riverside which is so near to property. Highly recommend this stay if you coming to Surat.
GOOD LOCATION , RESPONSIVE ROOM SERVICE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ROOM , FACT CHECK OUT .IT WAS AN EXECELLENT STAY. LOCATED SLIGHTLY FURTHER AWAY FROM CITY CENTRE AND THEREFORE OFFER QUITE SURROUNDING FOR GOOD REST .ROOM DESIGN IS CONTEMPORARY AND I LIKE IT A LOT .
The Restaurant located in this hotel, Ziyafat, is excellent!! The food is one of the best we tried in our trip to India! Veg and delicious. Congratulations to the chef and cooks. The breakfast was included, and it was great, and included fresh fruit juices and coconuts to drink. The staff is very polite. The location is convenient if you get there by train, it's close to the train station, so we just walked from there to the hotel.
The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast is good.
The staff were excellent, very attentive. They were all friendly, charming and conscientious. They were the best part of my stay!
The bedroom was rather small but quiet so I slept well. The bathroom was a good size.
The hotel is close to the bus station, the train station is further away.
It is great location on the VIP road of Surat . Had a really great stay . Manager Sujit at reception was very helpful & Area Manager Shubham was a great host . It is was really a great stay .
