Location: If you want to stay in the city this is a great place. You can either walk 5mts to the main road to get public transport or just step out of the property gate and there are tuk-tuks that will take you to the main road (Sevoke Road). There are several local, nice & reasonably priced places to eat once you are on the chowk / main road. Super markets, medicine stores, general stores, restaurants, vegetable / fruit market / salons - all at walking distance.
Rooms: The rooms are big & clean. They give a feeling of home away from home. Staff is very hospitable. The owner was super helpful & often went out of the way to accommodate any issues/requests. Once you inside the property there is a big open area to just sit and chill - take in lots of vitamin-D. Felt safe in the property.

Excellent Breakfast spread. Ate good quality of eggs and curd after ages. Really wanted to ask the owner from where did they buy their dairy. The staff was really good ,on our request they bought ice cream for my daughter at night from outside as their own stock was exhausted. The room was neat and clean and the hotel is just on the main road. Its value for money and excellent in all respects.

Bed is comfortable but after staying in bigger rooms elsewhere these rooms will certainly feel small and cramped, especially if you are with more than one person.

The property was very good. Away from chaos of the city. Neatly maintained. Has plenty of plants and the seating area on the upper floor was just fabulous. Rain made our stay more enjoyable.
The place is around 7-8kms from the Airport and we have requested for an airport shuttle and it was provided on dot.
The hosts are amazing too. They cooked us a great tasty meal for dinner. They talked to us like well known acquaintances and that made us pretty comfortable at the stay.
